Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer with strong expertise in payment systems testing to ensure the quality and reliability of payment applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual testing, payment message validation, and SWIFT / ISO 20022 standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. •  Perform manual functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for payment applications and
     related systems.
   • Validate payment message flows including SWIFT MT/MX messages and ISO 20022 message formats such as
     PACS (Payment Clearing and Settlement) and CAMT (Cash Management).
   • Review and analyze business and functional requirements to design detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test
     data.
   • Execute tests to ensure payment processing accuracy, including validation of message transformation,
     enrichment, routing, and settlement processes.
   • Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar tools.
   • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and support teams to ensure quality deliverables and timely
     issue resolution.
   • Participate in test planning, test execution, and test closure activities as part of the QA lifecycle.
   • Ensure compliance with SWIFT and ISO 20022 messaging standards.
   • Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with post-production verification activities

Required Skillls:

1. • 5–10 years of experience in Manual Testing
   • Strong experience in manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
   • Experience working with payment systems and banking applications.
   • Knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX messages and ISO 20022 standards.
   • Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or HP ALM.
   • Good understanding of test case design, test execution, and defect lifecycle management.
   • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
   • Good communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Equivalent technical degree or relevant certifications in Software Testing / Quality Assurance will also be considered.
• Certifications related to Software Testing (ISTQB) or Payment Systems will be an added advantage.
