Skills Required:

• Core Java: Extensive experience with Core Java and Java-based frameworks.
• Microservices Architecture: Deep knowledge of Microservices and how to design, implement, and manage them in a scalable environment.
• Front-End Technologies: Strong experience with Angular or React for developing modern web applications.
• System Design: Proven ability to design, build, and manage large-scale, distributed systems, particularly in the banking domain.
• Cloud & Containerization: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Database Technologies: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of banking security requirements, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with API Gateway, Event-driven Architecture, and Kafka for real-time data streaming.
• Experience in leading teams in a banking or financial technology environment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with a strong background in the banking domain to design, develop, and oversee complex systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Core Java, Microservice Architecture, and front-end technologies like Angular or React, with a proven ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for banking applications. This role requires leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

System Architecture Design:

• Design and implement complex technical solutions for banking applications, leveraging Core Java and Microservice Architecture.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the solutions in line with industry standards and banking regulations.

Leadership & Mentorship:

• Lead technical teams, providing guidance and mentorship in best practices for development, architecture, and design.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and system specifications.

Technology Stack Expertise:

• Utilize Angular or React to build modern, responsive front-end applications.
• Ensure smooth integration between front-end and back-end systems, with an emphasis on creating a seamless user experience.

Microservices Implementation:

• Architect and deploy Microservices that are robust, highly available, and resilient to ensure a smooth transaction flow in banking applications.
• Manage and optimize containerized microservices using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Continuous Improvement:

• Drive technical innovation and process improvements in system design and development methodologies.
• Stay updated on new technologies and banking industry trends, recommending improvements where necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Core Java, Microservice Architecture, and front-end technologies like Angular or React.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and secure applications in the banking or financial services
• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and explain complex technical concepts.
