Modefin Account Closing Policy (Miracle Bank)

We understand there may be times when you want to close your Miracle Bank account. Here’s a breakdown of the process:

Requesting Closure:

  • Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] from your registered email address.

Verification Process:

  • We may ask for additional information (name, account number, ID, etc.) to verify your identity.

Effect of Closure:

  • Once closed, you won’t be able to access the Miracle app or perform transactions.
  • Your account status will be marked “Closed,” but some information may be retained for legal or reporting purposes.

Confirmation:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation SMS/ Email upon successful account closure.

Reactivation:

  • You’ll need to create a new account to use Miracle Bank again.
